The Welsh based start-up worked towards developing a solution to help Transport for Wales enhance its “Talk to us” feedback system – which is currently just an email inbox.

Their solution was to move from the current system, to a method that would streamline and make the process more efficient, by incorporating features that current users had identified as helping the entire process. This would effectively move the platform from an email inbox to an online system, capable of gathering information and streamlining the response process.
